What can I do to facilitate a simple and efficient closing?
Complete and return all Engagement & Information requests within 24 hours of receipt. Including payment of HOA Dues if applicable.
How do I check the status of my closing?
Beginning May 1, 2026 all closing information will be communicated through our new closing platform, Qualia.
When will I receive my closing proceeds?
All proceeds are sent within 24 hours of closing. If any delays occur you are notified immediately.
Does my spouse need to attend closing if they are not on the property deed?
For SC Closings – if the spouse is not on title, No, they do not need to attend closing.
For NC Closings – YES, even though the spouse is not on title they will still need to attend and sign documents.
