  • What can I do to facilitate a simple and efficient closing?

    Complete and return all Engagement & Information requests within 24 hours of receipt.  Including payment of HOA Dues if applicable.

  • How do I check the status of my closing?

    Beginning May 1, 2026 all closing information will be communicated through our new closing platform, Qualia.

  • When will I receive my closing proceeds?

    All proceeds are sent within 24 hours of closing.  If any delays occur you are notified immediately.

  • Does my spouse need to attend closing if they are not on the property deed?

    For SC Closings – if the spouse is not on title, No, they do not need to attend closing.


    For NC Closings – YES, even though the spouse is not on title they will still need to attend and sign documents.
